Hamtramck Public Schools is excited to announce a Community Celebration to kick off the new school year! This district-wide event is designed to bring together educators, school leaders, community partners, and families for a day of fun and connection.
The celebration will take place on Wednesday, August 13th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Pulaski Park in Hamtramck. This event is FREE for all Hamtramck Public Schools families and promises a variety of activities and resources to prepare for a successful school year.
Families can look forward to receiving free backpacks and school supplies (available while supplies last), along with access to important school information and family resources. Attendees can enjoy snacks and refreshments, as well as fun activities such as henna and face painting, inflatables, and a variety of games and music.
This celebration is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and embrace the start of a new school year filled with learning and opportunities.
