The City of Hamtramck is upgrading its payment system with the BS&A Cloud Upgrade starting next week. During the upgrade period, there will be a few changes to how you can pay.
Upgrade Dates
The conversion period will run from 07/15/2026 to 07/20/2026.
Treasury Cashier Window: No Payments
During the conversion period, the City Treasury Cashier Window will not accept payments.
How You Can Pay During the Upgrade
You may still make payments using these options:
- Web
- Mobile
- Kiosk
However, please note: Business License, Building Department, and Income Tax payments cannot be made through these online/kiosk options during the conversion period.
What Will You See Online?
For online payments, the status may show as “Pending” until 10:00 AM on Monday, July 20th.
Help at the Kiosk
If you need help while using the kiosk, a Treasury Department representative will be available to assist you.
When Will Payments Resume Normally?
The City asks residents to be patient while the upgrades are completed. The City expects that all payments for every department will be accepted by 10:00 AM on Monday, July 20th.

- Mobile payments: DivDat app on smartphones
- Kiosk payments: Visit divdat.com for kiosk locations (outside City Hall).
