- Asset Guidelines Compliance: Per PA 390 of 1994, applicants must meet the “Asset Guidelines” adopted by the City of Hamtramck.
- Federal Poverty Income Guidelines: Applicants must conform to the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines to ensure eligibility for exemptions.
