On 12/02/2025 at approximately 1:44 PM, Hamtramck Police Officers attempted to stop a stolen vehicle in the area of Trowbridge and Joseph Campau. The driver refused to pull over, resulting in a police pursuit.
Following the pursuit, officers apprehended one suspect, who is currently being held at the Hamtramck Police Department on charges of receiving and concealing stolen property, fleeing and eluding, and obstructing police.
This incident was resolved quickly and safely thanks to the swift actions of our officers.
